Family Choice Healthcare is a non-medical home care agency that provides personal care services in the best place possible… the home.

We provide certified nursing assistants, geriatric nursing assistants, homemakers and companions all under the auspice of a licensed registered nurse. We also provide respite care for those times that you need to get out of the house for a few hours to run errands or when you are taking that much needed vacation for a couple of weeks.

PHILOSOPHY

Family Choice Healthcare’s goal and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles: the belief in the innate worth of the aged and/or disabled individual and the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin or handicap(s), is entitled to maximize his/her potential as a human being and as a member of society.

It is the belief of Family Choice Healthcare that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are, to some degree, a part of that process. Family Choice is dedicated to providing quality care to aged and/or disabled individuals within the confines of their residence, in order that they may maximize their contributions and fulfill their goal as a family member and member of society with a minimum of conflict.

As a vital member of the health care community, Family Choice Healthcare believes that multidisciplinary cooperation and collaboration are essential to the successful delivery of care that is both supportive and therapeutic. Family Choice makes every effort to serve people with attention to current area practices and the client’s specific health care needs.
